Triangle Academy aims to involve as many men, women and youth in our outstanding physical fitness and training programs as possible. Our mission is to provide our members with top notch cardiovascular workouts while learning valuable defensive and offensive fighting techniques at the same time.
Mixed Martial Arts is the fastest growing sport in the World. We are bringing Health and Wellness concepts as well as training and self defense to the Rim Country of Arizona. Our target audience ranges from 5 yr old children to competitive professional fighters. Mixed Martial Arts training increases cardiovascular health, helps develop unmatched athleticism and builds confidence in those involved. These qualities not only help you in the gym, but in everyday life. All of our equipment is new and cleaned daily after each class concludes.
